This year for Ash Wednesday, February 17 we are going to be doing the service a little differently.  Instead of having a traditional worship service, we are going to have a time of prayer, meditation and reflection.  The church will be open from 5:00 PM to 8:00 pm, for those who would like to come.  We are asking that people enter the building through the lobby and pick up a guide sheet from the welcome desk that will be available for you for this special time.  Upon entering the sanctuary, you can either sit in the chairs or kneel at the altar rail for a time of silent prayer, meditation and reflection.  Please practice social distancing while in the sanctuary.  When you are done, you may proceed to the chancel area where the pastor will assist you in the imposition of the ashes.  You may depart silently when you are ready.  We hope that you will come and join us for this special service.
